FreshGuard 是一款食品效期管理工具，幫助使用者追蹤物品的有效期限並提供到期提醒。本應用程式提供免費版本及 Pro 付費版本。
FreshGuard Pro 提供以下訂閱方案：
- 月訂閱（FreshGuard Pro Monthly）：每月自動續訂
- 年訂閱（FreshGuard Pro Yearly）：每年自動續訂
- 終身買斷（FreshGuard Pro Lifetime）：一次性購買，永久使用
訂閱款項將透過您的 Apple ID 帳戶收取。訂閱將在當期結束前 24 小時內自動續訂，除非您在到期前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。您可以在購買後透過 Apple ID 帳戶設定管理或取消訂閱。免費試用期間未使用的部分，在購買訂閱後將失效。
FreshGuard 提供的到期提醒僅供參考。使用者在食用任何食品前，應自行判斷食品的安全性。我們不對因使用本應用程式而造成的任何健康問題承擔責任。
FreshGuard 及其所有內容、功能和設計均受智慧財產權法律保護。未經授權，不得複製、修改或散布本應用程式的任何部分。
本應用程式按「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保證。我們不保證應用程式將不間斷運行或無錯誤。
我們保留隨時修改本使用條款的權利。變更將在此頁面公佈，繼續使用本應用程式即表示您接受修改後的條款。

By downloading or using FreshGuard, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this application.
FreshGuard is a food expiration management tool that helps users track item expiration dates and provides expiry reminders. The application offers both a free version and a paid Pro version.
FreshGuard Pro offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription (FreshGuard Pro Monthly): Automatically renews each month
- Yearly subscription (FreshGuard Pro Yearly): Automatically renews each year
- Lifetime purchase (FreshGuard Pro Lifetime): One-time purchase for permanent access
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before expiration. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Expiration reminders provided by FreshGuard are for reference only. Users should independently assess the safety of any food before consumption. We are not liable for any health issues arising from the use of this application.
FreshGuard and all its content, features, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of this application may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without authorization.
This application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the application will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
